Home needed (Hampton roads)

Hello, Me and my family (wife and 6 children) are looking for a house to move into immediately.
The health conditions of my wife and 2 of our children who was diagnosed with sickle cell disease makes our present house unsuitable for our needs due to ventilation issues and inconsistent temperatures due to insufficient insulation, etc.
My wife does house keeping/cleaning and private /personal interior design and decorating.
I know we will be an asset to your house as suitable tenants.
The home doesn't need to be in move-in ready condition.
I am a handyman and have worked as an unlicensed contractor, working under licensed contractors with photos and references.
I just don't do cooling/heating systems.
So I'm capable and willing to do the work in exchange for an adjustment in monthly rent.
I may just possibly need supplies.
