POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the sales growth strategy, including but not limited to identifying viable prospects, building and maintaining a health new sales pipeline, building key industry and customer relationships, and establishing new customer relationships with targeted/assigned customers in the Region.
The RSM will develop and manage direct regional account relationships, develop sales directly and indirectly though working and communicating with other members of the Leadership Team and Fields Sales & Service Representative to drive totals sales growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
Develop and manage regional customer relationships at assigned key customers as well as new prospects
Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns at assigned prospects to introduce and/or expand our business
Protect existing business with solutions that fill customers needs
Grow existing and new prospect business to meet or exceed assigned sales growth budget
Conduct periodic business reviews with customers
o Manage the P&L for each account
o Manage and communicate companys Value-Added Programs (KPI/CCI, etc.
internally and externally)
Understand customers business needs and processes to deliver solutions
Work closely with the Corporate Account Director, Leadership Team and Field Sales & Service Representatives to effectively grow, communicate, and manage customer needs and Regional Account activities through Salesforce, individual calls, conference calls, Teams, Division and group conference calls as well as face to face meetings
Work closely with PSSI-FSS Sales and Operations teams to effectively grow, communicate, and manage customer needs
Collaborate and provide solutions for external customers with PSSIs internal customers from Finance, Human Resources, Technical Services, and Operations
RSM must govern relationships within regional accounts to negotiate, mediate, and resolve any issues surrounding the Customer
Track and follow sales processes and customer contacts with Salesforce CRM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree or 10 years industry experience
Experience selling B2B solutions, preferably in Food Processing industries
Background with sanitation or chemical processes
