HHAeXchange has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team where you’ll initially be focused on creating and executing a partner marketing program to drive awareness and referrals for our partners.
You’ll also be working closely with our sales teams to develop programs to fuel pipeline growth for new and existing customers.

Essential Job Duties Own the creation, execution and maintenance of a strategic partner marketing plan that includes co-marketing, launch of new partners, and building awareness.
Design, execute, measure and scale programs, as part of our integrated campaign(s), in order to meet company goals.
Campaigns could be in support of customer up-sell/cross-sell campaigns, specific GTM segments, and more.
Collaborate across marketing teams to develop and implement tactics for the programs you’ll be leading: For your marketing programs, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of webinars, email, landing pages, and direct mail.
For your marketing programs, you’ll be working closely with colleagues to execute social media, events (virtual and in-person), content, website, paid media, and more.
Build relationships with partners in order to maximize partnerships through continuous engagement, alignment planning, execution, and a desire to continually improve and evolve the partnerships.
Lead the charge with communications planning for in-person events hosted by HHAeXchange, including promotional plan, list management, email and registration creation and more.
Work closely with the Partner Manager to prioritize partners, proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies and scaling in all aspects of the partner marketing program, including launch, co-marketing, and program management.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product & Customer Marketing teams to understand our customer base and product to ensure alignment with customer outreach.
Own the Customer Success sales handoff process to ensure proper follow up of leads.
Close alignment and collaboration with Growth Marketing team to look for opportunities to scale partner and expansion marketing within integrated campaigns.
Work with Revenue Operations team to establish reports and dashboards for tracking performance of partner and customer expansion efforts.
Manage HHAeXchange’s brand on partner properties through regular review of partner sites, making updates to messaging when necessary, in addition to keeping HHAeXchange’s partner marketing materials up to date.
Support other Growth Marketing initiatives or special projects to drive pipeline goals, as bandwidth permits.

Travel Requirements Travel up to 10-15%, including overnight travel Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience and at least 2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in a demand gen or growth marketing area of focus.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot (or other marketing automation platforms), and webinar marketing tools.
Prior experience managing webinars and creating digital assets such as emails and landing pages.
Ability to think critically and work collaboratively across all teams and areas of the business to provide partners with the resources they need to be successful Exceptional organizational, prioritization, project and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and speaking.
A collaborative mindset – you love working with your fellow marketers and sales teams and incorporating relevant feedback.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $110-120K, not including variable compensation.
An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
