Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Sales Executive Micro Small Business Unit (MSBU)!
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Candidate must reside close to 4 Sales office locations – Virginia Beach, Richmond, Roanoke, or Reston, VA.
Travel approximately 1x a quarter for training/team building.
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
M-F
Job responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to achieve profitable new business growth objectives.
Responsible for managing the entire sales process with assigned brokers, direct prospects and sales leads as assigned by Sales Manager.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals.
Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers.
Conduct member education sessions as requested.
Required qualifications:
Associates degree and 2 years related experience required or HS grad and 4 years related experience.
At least 2 years related years of experience in Business Acumen, Customer Relation or related field.
Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire
Driver's License - Other/National
