Responsibilities
Execute lead generation systems expectations weekly
Conduct open houses
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Track activities and clients with your CRM
Qualifications

You understand that education and knowledge is the key to success and are willing to learn what it takes to succeed in the ebb and flow of shifting markets.
You have a good ear and insight for your client's needs, and love executing contracts that truly represent them.

You enjoy feedback because it lets you know your strengths, as well as areas that need to be improved (that we will help you with!)
