This role is specifically to support the P&G sales team at Family Dollar and Dollar Tree.
As the team's Enterprise Analyst, you will be at the center of influencing data-based decisions.
You will support projects across the enterprise interacting with all domains (sales, marketing, category insights & product supply).
As you become an expert on the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree strategies, you will have progressively more opportunities to present insights to all levels of leadership at the retailer.
Additionally, you will own the capability roadmap and build self-service analytics solutions for both P&G and Family Dollar to leverage for insights.

You’ll need to mine multiple sources of data, derive meaningful insights, and translate sophisticated results or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action to win with consumers.
You will be a primary driver of delivering insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making with our Customer and Brand teams.
Business knowledge, data analysis, and interpersonal skills are needed to thrive in this multi-functional leadership team.
Job Responsibilities Leading and improving analytical programs and communicating the results of your business unit/category/region to leaders including conducting consumer research.
Deliver analytic insights in several business domains including financial, customer, market share, consumer.
With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge and business insight, you’ll answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
Build analytic capabilities to grow your organization’s knowledge.
Develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches and business recommendations.
Demonstrate use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (SQL, Python) to grasp the business insights from our mountain of data Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Product Supply, Marketing, IT, Sales).
Job Qualifications Required A Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Management/Business Information Systems, or related degree) Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Data management and visualization skills / tools in one or all of the following (SQL, Python, Power BI or similar).
Strong business acumen & communication skills, including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights.
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems.
Self-motivated to work with diverse business scenarios, prioritizing multiple priorities and have a business and consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy, and passionate about discovering new/better ways of doing things! Preferred Minimum of 5 years of related work experience 4 plus years in analytics within consumer good, retail, e-commerce or related industry Demonstrated experience consulting with non-technical business partners to identify high-value analytical opportunities Pay Range: $100-$143K Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
