Job Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group is seeking a driven, self-motivated Showing Realtor to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
As a Showing Realtor, you will be responsible for helping clients find and purchase their dream homes in the Virginia Beach area.
This is a full-time, commission-only sales position with unlimited earning potential.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about real estate, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is willing to work hard to achieve success.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only sales job, with competitive commission rates and no limits on earnings.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their homebuying needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to find properties that meet clients' criteria
- Schedule and coordinate property showings for clients
- Attend open houses and accompany clients to property viewings
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and the homebuying process
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and assist with closing processes
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market and industry trends
- Continuously prospect for new clients and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Virginia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of local real estate market and industry trends
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Access to reliable transportation
