Position Overview: We are building an experienced organizational development team to provide Business Change Management (BCM) support to Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) in Norfolk, Virginia.
As a consultant, you will work closely with the HQ SACT team to develop, deliver, and embed BCM capabilities within the organization.
This includes providing consultancy advice on organizational design, business culture change, talent acquisition, and personnel learning and development.

Position Responsibilities:
Work closely with HQ SACT team to develop, deliver, and embed BCM capabilities.
Provide consultancy advice on organizational design, business culture change, talent acquisition, and personnel learning and development.
Propose management structures that best deliver the desired ways of working.
Lead and/or support Change management projects at all levels of the organization from scoping to delivery; specifically, organizational assessment, development of design options, recommendations, and implementation support.
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
Active NATO or National Secret clearance(or the ability to obtain).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience leading or supporting organizational change management projects; a mix of other comparable experience may be considered.
Experience in organizational design, business culture change, talent acquisition, and personnel learning and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with models that address and ensure alignment between key organizational elements such as strategy, capabilities, structure, processes, rewards, and people practices
Demonstrated experience with organization design, including operating models, organization structure design, and role design in large global matrixed organizations
Consulting experience (external or internal) required
Experience working across multiple geographies and contexts preferred
Strong background in conducting organizational assessments and diagnostics
Willingness to work on-site at HQ SACT
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in US Military or NATO
Experience working in NATO at the strategic level is highly desirable but not essential.
Broad experience working with the military/public at the strategic level is desirable but not essential.
Master-level degree is desirable
Prosci or similar change management certification desired
