We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.
This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships, and represent our top-tier products in designated territories.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for cannabis.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion within the territory, including new retail accounts and strategic partnerships.
* Drive sales growth by prospecting new accounts and nurturing existing relationships within the assigned territory.
* Conduct in-person regular meetings with retail locations to promote THCa-Wholesale products and secure new orders.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Develop a deep understanding of THCa-Wholesale's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
* Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
* Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
*Qualifications:* * 5+ years track record of success in sales, preferably within the cannabis or related industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
* Sufficient computer skills and familiarity with Pipedrive CRM a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
