Job Description Part-Time Field Marketing Appointment Setter Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by MR.
FIX-IT™ $17/hour plus performance incentive Do you have an energetic, persuasive personality, and positive attitude? Are you looking for a part-time job that is fun with great earning potential? Are you an outgoing and results-driven individual with a knack for scheduling appointments and generating leads in the event marketing arena? We're looking for an Event Marketing Appointment Setter to join our team.
In this role you will be the face of our company and promote our products and services at community events, trade shows, and retail partner events.
You will be interacting with potential customers and setting appointments for free in-home consultations for our project specialist.
Primary Responsibilities: Attend events, fairs, trade shows, and festivals and act as the face of the company.
Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs.
Schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses for setting up appointments.
Assist with setup, execution, and break down of events Thoroughly understand our products and services to answer questions and generate interest.
Be a self-starter while working in a team environment.

Outgoing personality/ ability to drive a conversation.
Sales and marketing experience are beneficial, but not required.
No direct selling is involved.
This is a lead generation and marketing effort.
Ability to Meet and Exceed Productivity and Performance Goal.
Part-time 15-20 hours/week, must be available on Saturday and Sundays Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to stand for extended periods, often throughout the entirety of a shift.
Lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $17, with the opportunity to earn additional income through performance incentives.
