Compensation:
$81,500 - $104,500 Annual
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients in the Norfolk, VA area
Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend personalized solutions
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
Stay informed about the latest trends in the insurance industry
Provide educational opportunities for clients through various channels
Offer prompt service and tailored advice to clients
Implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor insurance investments and create tailored portfolios for financial growth
Maintain a professional demeanor and a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment
Obtain and comply with all necessary licensing requirements
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written fluency
