Outside Sales Representative
Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel of Hampton Roads
Are you tired of cold calling and prospecting? Do you want to avoid sitting around a showroom waiting for customers? Are you a motivated, competitive individual with a background in sales? Do you aspire to earn over $150,000 per year and want to have fun doing it?

Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team and fill the remaining seats in our upcoming training class on February 19, 2024.

This role focuses on in-home sales and requires a passion for sales, exceptional customer service, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.
Utilize tools, training, and our sales process to connect with customers and complete their remodeling projects.
Participate in ongoing sales meetings and training sessions on a weekly basis.
Reach and exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
One-call close experience is preferred, but not required (we can train you!).
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Availability to run appointments in the evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Must be able to handle a high volume of driving.
Must be technologically experienced using an iPad and CRM systems.
Earning Potential: Average Sales Reps make $100,000+, with top earners exceeding $200,000+.
