Life Protect 24/7 is an inbound sales call center searching for an exceptionally talented and motivated leader who develops and challenges their team to be leaders in sales.

Schedule: Monday-Friday various shifts available
How do you do that?
You will lead a team of 15-20 team members in a positive atmosphere in an inbound call center setting.
Team members receive calls from diverse customers that have expressed interest in our product and service – a medical and security alert system that goes wherever you do.
A service that helps rescue over 5,000 individuals every month.
The Inbound Call Center Sales Manager will serve as an active advocate for our company and its employees.
The successful candidate will relay company goals, quality standards, and processes, and procedures to our team through servant leadership.
Your sales team is the heartbeat of our culture – enthusiastic representatives of our company and advocates for our clients.

The successful candidate will effectively educate and support sales representatives through their sales experience.

What you offer:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment
At least one year of experience in leading a remote team
Experience in monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
A customer focused approach with adaptability to new situations
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
Ability to motivate and engage a sales team
Pay: $54,000; additional opportunities for monthly/quarterly bonuses
