Life Protect 24/7 is a sales call center searching for a self-motivated, high performing individual with a desire to represent our company, advocate for amazing candidate experience, and help grow our company’s talent base.

How do you do that?
You will source, engage, interview, and match qualified candidates with a variety of our teams including sales, customer service, and operations.
Our team's goal is to improve healthy aging and independence by selling and supporting a medical, security alert system that goes wherever you do.
A service that helps rescue over 4,500 individuals every month.
Recruiters create the first-impression for our culture – enthusiastic representatives of our company and advocates for our candidates.
Our upbeat work culture promotes development and individual training, games, incentives, and opportunities for advancement to help develop and solidify necessary skills.
You will:
Provide and match realistic job previews to qualified candidates
Execute initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a high-volume call center
Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals across various business units
Educate candidates about the importance of our product and our processes
Develop partnership with Recruiters and the Sr.
Talent Acquisition Manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
Attending scheduled career events
Participate in company events
Develop recruitment marketing skills
Support the onboarding process when necessary

What you offer:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Efficiency with organizational and administrative tasks
Experience in recruitment, marketing, and interviewing
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time
Ability to follow company hiring policies and procedures
Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Everyone other week in office, than remote
