Compensation: Uncapped Commission! Current Reps Earning $100,000-$240,000!

This role focuses on in-home sales and the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.
Use tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer to complete their remodeling project.
Take part in ongoing sales meetings/ training sessions on a weekly basis
Reach and Exceed sales target/goals
Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
One-call close experience preferred but not required (we can train you!)
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Availability to run appointments evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Must be able to handle a high volume of driving.
Must be technologically experienced with using an iPad and CRM systems.
Earning Potential: Average Sales Reps make $100,000+ and Top Earners make well above $200K.
