careers/Sales_Videos WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities Channels - Own the ADP PRM transformation - including design, field input, rollout schedule, roadmap, partner interface and change management.
Transformation - Actively identify and take ownership of the Accelerating Commercial Excellence portfolio of opportunities in sales utilizing proven portfolio management techniques.
Socialize the design solution with business units, collect and incorporate feedback.
Communicate strategic importance of projects and support in the creation of business cases to gain funding and buy-in from key constituents and to ensure success of initiatives and investments.
Implement and use portfolio management tools and metrics to coordinate projects and track progress.
Compliance - Own Sales Compliance and facilitate the WWSM Compliance Council.
This new model and council include governance of the WIR Program Change Management - Own Sales Change Management, working closely with peer groups and the BU operations leaders to ensure adoption and utilization of new initiatives and projects.
Other Own the interface with the GPT SFDC development organization and manage the pipeline of requests in a business-prioritized manner, along with peer operations leaders Continued responsibilities regarding CBA work from an operational perspective and we're working to better align with the BU CBA teams on this Own and drive other key projects upon request within WW Sales TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications BS/BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration At least 15 years of relevant experience in Sales Transformation, Portfolio Management and/or process improvement.
BA/BBA required Highly proficient in business process analysis with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and challenges Must have high facilitation skills (able to move a group through a complex set of problems to maximize project goals and outcomes), Adept at solution design - able to help guide the team to an optimal solution that drives both effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to handle multiple work streams, with varying degrees of complexity in a fast-moving and complex environment.
Ensure alignment of ADP Sales' objectives and initiatives to changing general and specific business conditions and develop innovative programs to address these changes while still maintaining relevance to the brand and business strategies Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven negotiation skills, excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, outstanding business presentation (e.
g.
PPT) and financial modeling (e.
g.
Excel) skills Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
