Description
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Marketing Coordinator Sr is responsible for developing insight-driven campaign level strategies and plans to deliver on business outcomes.
How You Will Make an Impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Partners with other areas to develop and measure campaign implementation and performance.
Oversees the development of marketing collateral and assets across channels.
Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.
Guiding analytical work to support consumer insight and strategy development.
Identifying customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Using predictive analytics and models to create targeting strategies.
Leveraging CRM tools to build and optimize omni-channel campaigns.
Developing strategic plans and driving programs to measurable success.
Creating powerful stories for leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Health or managed care experience preferred.
Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Passionate about consumers.
Data-driven problem solvers (and gritty).
Able to lead through influence.
Results-oriented, critical thinkers.
Strong communicator across all levels.
