ADP is searching for a Senior Manager Marketing Measurement and Intelligence.
This position will be responsible for end-to-end performance measurement of ADP's Compliance Solutions marketing.
As the Compliance Solutions marketing measurement and intelligence lead, you will partner with marketing operators across functions to improve organizational marketing effectiveness by analyzing both internal and external datasets to better understand our customers, developing data backed recommendations, and enhancing analytical methodologies.
Successful candidates will have a good understanding of B2B marketing analytics.
This includes experience with B2B inbound lead funnels, CRO/Testing, visitor behavior, email marketing, and event marketing analytics.
He/she must be able to interpret complex results of large-scale data driven marketing campaigns/initiatives.
He/she should be comfortable leading complex initiatives from start to finish independently.
Responsibilities Proactively monitor, measure, and analyze performance of campaigns including SEO, website, social media, email marketing, and other marketing team initiatives Plan, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders Lead the mining, analysis, and interpretation of data to develop actionable insights for complex business challenges Be a trusted analytical business partner that stakeholders lean on to make informed data backed decisions Present results, findings, and actionable recommendations to various stakeholders including senior leadership across marketing, sales, and operations Develop recommendations for enhancing analytical processes including site analytics tracking, CRM standards, data flows, and reports Partner with marketing operations and data team to create new or enhance datasets and tracking Perform ad hoc analyses as opportunities arise #LI-CS5 Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics positions across both B2B and B2C industries Strong analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses Strong experience with Business intelligence tools including Tableau Strong experience with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Content Square Strong experience with SQL Working knowledge of Sales CRM such as Salesforce Working knowledge of marketing research such as SEMrush and Conductor Working knowledge of marketing automation tools including Eloqua, Marketo, and salesforce marketing cloud Working knowledge of customer data and targeting tools such as ZoomInfo and Demandbase Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environments Experience analyzing data from marketing and sales databases Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (W/strong excel data skills) Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment.
Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry or the software as a Service (SaaS) product category is a plus Role is hybrid (3 or more days in an ADP office, 2 or less working from home).
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
