We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Interior Design Sales Associates to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in helping customers create their dream homes by offering expert design advice and product recommendations.
Our Interior Design Sales Associates earn up to $100,000 a year or more.
The ideal candidate has high integrity and passion for advising and building enduring relationships with our clients.
Whereas experience in home furnishing sales and design are welcome, they are not required as we believe personality is the only fundamental to success.
Therefore, we are committed to comprehensive personal training including a highly experienced “mentor” to guide your introduction and acclimation to our company culture – we love great deals on great furniture!

The position offers the following during your training period of 8 weeks:
$15 an hour base pay
Flat 4% on volume over $10,000 delivered per pay period
20% on protection plans dollars sold
After your initial 8 weeks, you will be moved to the BEST-IN-CLASS full commission plan with six figure earning potential!

Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers, assess their design needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on furniture, accessories, and decor options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and advice as they navigate the design and purchasing process.
Utilize product knowledge, space planning skills, and customer needs to create room layouts and designs, presenting them in an easy-to-understand manner.
Collaborate with the sales team and store managers to drive sales, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Stay current on industry trends and new product introductions and share this information with customers and team members.
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude and following up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a strong emphasis on interior design or home furnishings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Ability to think creatively, visualize, and present space plans and design concepts to customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
