*Job Summary:*
Electrified Marina, a leading provider of eco-friendly electric watercraft, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our electric boats, fostering client relationships, and driving sales in the vibrant marine industry.

*Duties/Responsibilities:*
• Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for our electric boats and related services.
• Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including
networking and lead generation.
• Develops and implements strategies for sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our electric boats.
• Apply knowledge of electric boats and repowering products to match the needs of clients.
• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the
industry at large.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed product information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
• Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares
contracts and submits orders.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, marina partners, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.
• Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to
confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that
products are distributed properly.
• Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to
manager.
• Responsible to Head of Sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills/Abilities:*
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electric boats or a keen interest in sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
*Education and Experience:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
*Physical Requirements:*
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required on occasion.
• Ability to spend 2+ hours on a boat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.
00 - $86,000.
00 per year
Compensation package:
