Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist Duties: * Support Sales Operations by providing detailed prospective businesses information in our territory * Research prospective businesses online presence * Research proper licensing information for prospective businesses within Virginia and North Carolina * Evaluate opportunities for revenue growth * Utilize advertising platforms to prospect businesses * Utilize social media platforms to prospect businesses * Use a database system to input researched business * Deliver valuable and timely reporting to Sales Management and Sales Operations * Process completed Business Applications for submission Qualifications: * Self-starter * Familiarity with data platforms and CRMs * Ability to examine data from multiple sources to determine whether a potential business meets BBB qualifications * Highly organized * Time-management skills * Ability to ensure task, milestones and goals are met according to defined timelines * Proficiency with Word, Excel * Availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm If you are a motivated individual with a passion for researching, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
