_Property & Casualty Sales Representative_ We are a local Farmers Insurance agency seeking an experienced Personal & Commercial Lines Insurance producer.
As a part of the our agency team, you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with developing new relationships from your natural market, lead sources and local advertising.
Our agency participates in community events, volunteer opportunities and trade shows.
Generally, we are available M-F, however as leaders in our community we are available to volunteer, host and participate in local events and network Saturdays as well.
*Applicants: Experienced and licensed only.
This is not an entry-level position.
* *If you are already a networking and sales rockstar and want to learn how to become an insurance professional, we will consider candidates without a P&C license who are fast-learners and able to pass their licensing exam within a 2 week timeframe.

ABC!* _Responsibilities_ * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
* Natural market, professional network growth required - Help us grow and you will grow as well professionally and financially.
* Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
* Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
* Maintain one call close ratio for walk-ins and incoming leads from local advertising efforts.
* Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
* Service commercial accounts to earn renewal income.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, cross sell, and solve or refer client customers concerns.
_Requirements_ * Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing with CE.
* Career-minded, entrepreneur mentality.
* Must take initial assessment promptly without being reminded.
* Successful sales background.
(Verification required - awards, recommendations, referrals and proven track record) * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
* Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
* *Bilingual preferred.
* _Compensation_ * Hourly draw + commission * Generous pay structure * Renewal commissions * Bonuses * Paid time off after 6 months of employment * 2 weeks of hourly paid training.
* For the experienced candidate, training period is for 1 week of industry software training and 1 week of insurance industry leading sales training.
