*Job Overview:*
The Service Team Leader will be responsible for leading and facilitating the growth and production of all Personal Lines Service agents in all states.
The person in this position needs to be strongly focused on customer service, coaching for results, product knowledge and efficiency.
The Service Team Leader should have experience in servicing clients and leadership in the insurance industry.
*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Directing and coordinating all service activities locally and regionally.
* Create and implement policies and procedures for service, notation and follow up processes.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Improves the service workflow by analyzing current trends.
* Completes national service operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
* Maintains national service staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Demonstrate active listening, rapport building, empathy and solutions-focused problem solving when engaging with clients and staff.
* Assisting Service Agents with effectively identifying other needs in client conversations so we can connect with our other departments to assist (i.
e.
: Life, Benefits, Title, Business).
*Experience Needed:*
* *Licensed in Property and Casualty*
* *Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager*
* *Minimum of 5 years of service experience*
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (preferred, not required)
* Proven track record of positive team management and performance
*Qualifications:*
* Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
* Ability to create and implement a Service plan.
* Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress using data reports.
* Ability to analyze sales data.

* The ability to review and decipher data for growth and coaching uses.
* Knowledge and ability to complete production and compliance audits on a monthly basis for Service Team.
