Position being recruited to support the Ambulatory Division and associated Workstreams.
Functions as the strategic interface and trusted advisor between the business and IT to deliver technology solutions that align with the business’s strategic initiatives and goals.
Responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT requests, advising business partners on technical implications and solution options, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions.
Supports the division and organizational resource planning efforts through accurate request definition, and requirement (high-level) identification while facilitating estimation of effort.
Demonstrates a strong background in relationship management, consulting, or business development within a technical discipline must be able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances, and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
Consistently performs the above core BRM capability functions at the competent level.
In addition, when assigned will actively participate in ongoing team process improvement activities.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of relevant experience with a degree 7 years of relevant experience without a degree
