* *Client Acquisition:* Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients, both buyers and sellers.
* *Market Analysis:* Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitors.
* *Property Sales:* List, market, and sell residential or commercial properties.
* *Client Representation:* Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the buying or selling process.
* *Negotiation:* Negotiate favorable terms and pricing on behalf of clients.
* *Contract Management:* Prepare and manage real estate contracts, including offers, counteroffers, and contingencies.
* *Networking:* Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
* *Marketing:* Develop and execute marketing plans for listed properties, including online and offline strategies.
* *Administrative Tasks:* Complete necessary paperwork, maintain records, and follow compliance guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
* Active real estate license in Virginia.
* 1 year minimum experience as a real estate agent, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
* Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
