We are hiring a Customer Relations & Marketing Assistant to join our team.
This position assists with the coordination of the admissions process and customer experience.
The Barry Robinson Center is a premier behavioral health system dedicated to improving the lives of children since 1933.
We offer a non-profit residential treatment program from our campus in Norfolk, VA.
This role is a blend between our business development and communication team that is responsible for monitoring and improving the Customer Experience for referrals, residents, visitors, and family members alike.
The ideal candidate has experience in a customer service role, a strong foundation of social media/marketing, and a passion for helping others.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $50,000 - $57,000
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
Experience in mental/behavioral health or other health care setting is preferred
Knowledge of residential programs preferred
Responsibilities:
Create positive relationships with new and existing clients/referral sources
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings
Implement customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in scheduling/posting for social media
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions
Responsible for the external communications/client experience
Serve as receptionist in the Admissions Office to greet and assist visitors/guests

$3,000 per calendar year after 6 months of tenure
