KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director Design to join our Creative Design Services organization.
Responsibilities: Lead the design team in the development of innovative and effective visual campaigns and strategies Collaborate with other departments and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure that all visual work aligns with KPMG’s overall goals and objectives Oversee the development of all digital and print visual materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, ads, social media content, website design, UI/UX and video to deliver on the creative vision Make certain operational processes and overall compliance of organization expectations are achieved relative to creative quality and firm branding Work with a creative community of designers, writers, videographers, and web developers to deliver on the creative vision and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate them into the company's design strategy Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, projects, and strategies Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communications skills and executive leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated experience in understanding and upholding brand standards and solid understanding of design principles Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
