KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Change Management and Technology Enablement to join our Digital Nexus organization.
Responsibilities: Establish and define cohesive change management, adoption and technology enablement strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation of digital programs and projects, while minimizing resistance and maximize intended outcomes Lead development and sustainment of a comprehensive, integrated change management, adoption and enablement plan for all major digital initiatives, inclusive of managing a team to achieve results by working across functions and lines of business Develop and deploy stakeholder engagement plans to shift technology including digital adoption and artificial intelligence as well as behavior and process changes to achieve project and organizational objectives Manage an effective team and become dedicated to fulfilling the organization’s mission through highly successful program implementation, team engagement and continuous improvement; create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department; integrate new team members and connect them to the resources and opportunities to help further their development and career goals; engage with counselees regularly and those they work with to help them continuously improve Take responsibility for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to senior leadership; ensure execution of strategic initiatives for the organization Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent experience in large services organization designing and leading enterprise-wide technology enablement and change management Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred Strong leadership qualities with proven track record to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams; aptitude to work effectively with clients, senior management and other team members Able to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions Capability to address emerging opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to realize them; ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
