* Provide our customers with detailed phone consultations * Develop individual solutions based on the pest control needs of our customers * Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for pest control issues and concerns * Schedule appointments with customers * Coordinate with the office and technicians to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new and current customers * Work with current customers to answer questions and resolve concerns * Take detailed notes for new customers to ensure complete follow through * Adhere to a high standard of ethics at all times In lieu of previous industry experience, We would like to see applicants with recent experience in sales/marketing.
