Responsibilities
Graduate from Community Partner Group- PLACE Agent Launch
Execute lead generations systems weekly
Conduct six open houses during your 90 Day Agent Launch Program
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session (optionally remote), remote weekly trainings and remote Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Track activities and clients in your own CRM
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.

1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
