Award winning real estate team needs Transaction Manager/ Executive Administrative Assistant.
The applicant should have a real estate license, strong organizational skills, computer skills (especially Microsoft Office software), and excellent in-person / telephone communication skills.
Position requires independent problem solving & multi-tasking, along with a personal commitment to excellent customer service.
Applicant must thrive in a team oriented and friendly but fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Residential real estate experience required.
The position will be part time (averaging 20hrs per week with generous bonuses).
Please note primary work location will be in The Ocean View area of Norfolk and will include field work as needed and applicant must have valid drivers license, and reliable personal transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
