*VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S *is a global market leader in maritime, offshore and fire safety, providing and servicing safety and fire-fighting equipment for passenger and cargo ships, offshore installations, fishing vessels, the Navy, helicopter services, fire departments and leisure yachts.
The successful individual will be responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.
This position requires a team player able to interact with all departments.

This position is created to develop, promote and manage the North East Territory sales for VIKING Americas Defense Division.
The duties of the Sales Manager will encompass sales of trade, tradeable, life rafts, PPE, Boats & Davits and any product on our catalogue as well as sales of products via service partner stations or dealers in his region or direct to shipyards.
SALES MANAGER (SM) is responsible for:
· The overall sales operation in the designated region in accordance with instructions and objectives given by Sales Director.
· Responsible for annual budgets including revenue and profitability on his customer portfolio.
· Liaison to service Manager in support of the delivery of the territory products and services.
· Support on credit and collections.
· Promote sales of the company’s whole product range to primary defense customers.
· Develop and maintain a professional relationship with service stations.
· Participate on the monthly Sales meeting for proper follow up on KPI, visits according to Sales excellence process.
· Provide feedback on data analysis and CRM to SD.
· Engage with customers and provide valued propositions under products and concepts like SOA (ship owner agreements)
· Plus, anything deemed necessary to benefit the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $100,000.
