*We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Professional to Lead our Sales Counter.

NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS!*
The Inside Sales Lead helps customers place orders for metal in a friendly but professional manner.
He/She also leads the sales team (1-2 associates) and provides training and guidance to help direct customers to products, ask detailed questions about the order and measurements, enter orders, and process payments
* Working with our system, the Inside Sales Lead will enter orders, check inventory and pricing, and order materials on a daily basis, and lead others to do the same
* The Inside Sales Lead will spend 60-70% of his/her time at the front counter, but also has opportunities throughout the day to be active around the sales area and the warehouse (managing inventory, purchasing, and interactions with Warehouse Associates).

*Job Requirements*
* 2-3 years minimum prior experience in inside sales, outside sales or some other customer-facing role required
* This is a great job for candidates who enjoy DIY projects, as you'll work with like-minded customers
* Knowledge of metal, manufacturing, or fabrication is helpful, but not necessary for someone who meets the other requirements - we can train you
* Clear, professional telephone voice
* Basic Math skills to figure out order quantities, fractions, and discount percentages
* Great attention to detail and organization
* Basic computer skills necessary
* Must be accountable and reliable
* Salary: $18 - $20+ per hour (including commissions)
