3br - Free in exchange for general housekeeping & house-sitting (Virginia Beach)

Greetings! We are a professional couple, often on the road or otherwise traveling for vacation or work.
We are offering a lovely, adjoining suite with private bathroom, kitchenette, balcony and large walk-in closet.
This will include full use of our spacious, 3-bedroom/2-bath suite in the heart of Town Center.
We need someone who can help us oversee cleaning responsibilities and being on hand for contractors, both while we are in town and away.
Occasional meal prep would be a definite plus but is not a major expectation.
Couples are welcome, as are children and pets.
We will consider and respond to candidates who have a transparent Facebook presence.
Otherwise, for those who do not have a social media footprint, we will consider respondents who take time to provide a brief introduction and background about themselves, as well as a recent photo(s) presenting any adults, children and pets who would be occupying the space.
