Master bedroom with private bath and 1 closets available in 1 bedroom home on Town Mountain 5 minutes to Downtown Asheville with roads connecting to Blue Ridge Parkway Driveway parking, garage storage (enough space for a studio or workshop), two porches and two working fireplaces paired with the amazing views make this feel like a real mountain home.
Currently living with 3 roommates, males in mid 30s.
We all have different schedules so pretty much everyone keeps to themselves but all are friendly, chill, quiet and down to chat/hang when around.
There is a male cat that keeps to himself and resides in the basement area.
Really hate to move out of this beautiful home but due to unforeseen circumstances I need to find someone to take over my room.
Rent is $420 plus utilities.
Oil has just been filled so set for the Winter on heat and for the right person I can leave my last months rent so would just need first and security to move in.
