Live in personal assistant (Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, HR and Norfolk)

Hello, I need to rent a room.
In exchange, you'd have your own personal assistant! I'm single and responsible.
I can: run errands, help you with your business, cook, clean and bake.
I have experience as a personal assistant.
I'm friendly and courteous.
I can't leave Virginia.
I'm a writer from Kentucky and I'm trying to get a book deal.
I'm easy to get along with.
I've got two little dogs.
A 420 friendly home would be fabulous but not required.
