Roommate companion (Eastern Shore)

Good morning, I have an extra room in my house I'd like to let a single female live in rent free.
Actually I would like to have a partner in life someone sort of attractive likes animals, just one dog and a few hens! Lol yes I'm a country boy.
Anyone without addiction to drugs ( drinking and smoking cigarettes is okay) not looking for a beauty queen nor anyone over 150 lbs.
Must have drivers license or easily able to get them.
Someone peaceful and quiet who likes to garden, boating and walks to church on occasion.
