Looking for a Room to Rent (Virginia Beach)

Hello I am black female in my early 40’s looking for a safe and clean room for rent.
I have anxiety and I have a well behaved Service Dog (German Shepherd) named Alphie.
Alphie is cat and dog friendly.
We are very clean and responsible.
I do not smoke or do any drugs.
Looking for the same.
I will be working and taking classes.
I prefer Virginia Beach, but I am open to the Greenbrier area in Chesapeake; or Norfolk.
Norfolk preferences are East Ocean View or Ghent.
