Looking for a room to rent (Virginia Beach)

I’m an educated 48 year old black male, organized, gainfully employed, financially stable, private but easy to get along with.
I just recently started a new job here in Va Beach and I’m not sure if I want to rent or buy a home, until I decide I would like to rent a room from a like minded adult.
I’m willingly to pay a far market rate for the room.
