bit of a long shot here (Chesapeake VA)

I'm looking for a private room for a month and a half starting mid January to the end of February.
I'm embarking on a personal retreat and winter is slow for my business so it's a great time to recharge.
I'm 43yo, single, no children.
No record, no warrants, and no skeletons either.
I looked into AirBnb monthly rentals but the listings are a bit out of my desired price range, plus id prefer to make some sort of contact prior to.
If interested, I'd be open to making a drive out and meeting over coffee or at a restaurant.
