The battery holder makes it easy to replace the 3V lithium 2032 battery which retains patch memory; originally the battery was soldered directly to the board making replacement a challenge and a hazard.
While this unit was made in Japan, it is a 117V unit made for the North American market and power requirements.
One small crack around a screw hole in the housing on the rear is photographed, otherwise there is no other damage.
