This is a Partscaster Jag-Stang assembled with parts from various makers and a relic’d finish by MJT.
I will list the parts and makers below.
This body type is an alternate version taken from one of Kurt Cobain’s original designs.
A lot of people consider this one “Done Right” because it more accurately resembles what the combination of a Jaguar and Mustang would look like.
Before you purchase here are the things you need to know.
This build is not perfect.
There is a gap between the control plate and the pickguard (pictured) and there is a small gap between where the bottom of the neck and the neck pocket meet.
The neck pocket gap is pictured, but looks larger than it actually is due to the pickguard.
If you didn’t know it was there you might not even see it.
The aging and relic were professionally done by MJT.
Please look at the pictures because this guitar is not perfect, but definitely playable as is.
Other than needing a good set up and the strap buttons attached, it works as it should.
Comes with a
brand new Gator hardcase.
