How You Will Make An Impact:
The Cashier/Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for
customers and your friendly demeanor and helpful attitude will contribute to creating a
positive experience for them.
On a typical day with The Gang you will:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Assist customers over the phone and in the store by providing information and
suggestions about menu items and catering offerings.
Operate the cash register and POS system to process transactions efficiently and
accurately.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including
stepping in to other roles, as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
What You Bring to the Table:
Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting
Experience running a cash register a plus
Able to follow directions and work independently
Effective verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation
The Good Stuff:
Base pay of $13/hr + tip share
Awesome Hours and Consistent Work Schedule, M-F from 10:00 am - 2:00pm
