Need a CNA w/ med. tech certification (Norfolk)

I am looking for a caregiver who is a CNA and would like Med.
Tech.
certification but that's negotiable.
The person would be working with my brother (68) who suffered a stroke in September.
His physical stroke symptoms are mostly resolved, but he has some cognitive issues and still needs supervision with showers, toileting, dressing, walking around.
He also has some Sundowners symptoms which makes him resistant to doing nightly things such as getting into PJs and brushing his teeth.
He is an uncontrolled diabetic who is in Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital for now.
They take care of room cleaning, linens, meds, and meals, but we like him to have lots of supervision which they don't provide.
Right now we need someone for the 4-8 pm shift (mostly though there may be an occasional morning shift 6:30-11 or afternoon shift 11 - 3).
Please have experience and be able to work the schedule you agree to and we set in advance (we will ask if you need days off, etc.
when making the schedule).
References preferred.
