ADP is hiring a Manager of Finance.
In this position you will provide financial and strategic decision support to the Major Account Sales business to ensure achievement of short- and long-term financial goals.
Collaborating with management and partnering with many functions across ADP, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial planning and business analysis to support decision-making on the growth strategy for a sales organization that drives ~$400M of annual new business bookings.
Driving financial best practices, the Finance Manager will optimize financial opportunities regarding sales and expense management throughout the organization.
The Finance Manager acts as a support function to the operating plan, forecast process, and management reporting/financial close activities.
In addition, the Finance Manager is responsible for managing various aspects of the process linking the goals and objectives of the finance organization with that of the sales organization's needs.

Creates financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators, and business statistics.
Utilizes data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics, highlights findings for management review.
Results Reporting and Analysis: Produces and distributes recurring and ad hoc management analysis, including presentable documents.
Leverages recurring and ad hoc management reporting to identify trends, build business cases, highlight opportunities and risks, and drive business decision making.
Communicates results and insights to senior leaders including the SVP of Major Accounts Sales.
Partners with the Accounting and Quote-to-Cash organizations to support close activities to enable accurate accounting and reporting.
Operating Planning and Forecasting : Supports management to create an annual operating plan and performs forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions.
Business Partnering : Partners with key stakeholders and cross-functional business partners (eg.
other finance functions, sales, compensation, product, service) to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution.
Constructively communicates compelling arguments based on facts and data and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives.
Builds working relationships with business management and other partners in support of key priorities and objectives through complex analytics and insights.
Leverages networks and collaborates with resources the across organization to achieve business objectives.
Maintains an awareness of general economic, competitive, business, and financial conditions and communicates impact on business operations to key stakeholders.
Financial Operational Policy : Ensures continued compliance and enforcement for relevant financial operational policies and procedures.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: BS Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent 6+ Years of directly related Finance experience managing the process.
