As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications.
Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories.
You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features.

You Have: Experience in developing software requirements, use cases, and supporting documentation Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project time-lines and continual client delivery Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, including Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating personas, user journeys, and user observations Experience working with the Military Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.
00 to $119,000.
