Compensation: $25.
00/hr to $30.
00/hr depending on experience
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and insurable record
Universal EPA Certification
5+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing standby generators
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain organization
Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of electrical equipment
Customer service skills
Willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
Factory training certification from Generac, Briggs & Stratton, and Kohler preferred
OSHA 10 training preferred
Responsibilities:
Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched
Complete all service-related forms properly
Provide all customers with new/renewal maintenance agreement program information
Perform repetitive electrical tasks in a safe manner
Perform planned maintenance on residential systems
Report problems with equipment to the manager
Other duties as assigned
