Traveling Respiratory Technician

We are seeking a traveling Respiratory Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for traveling to client locations to perform occupational respiratory function and respiratory fit tests.
Responsibilities: Extensive year-round travel, throughout the continental US.
Drive to client testing sites.
Explains pulmonary function and respiratory fit testing procedures to the patient.
Explains and demonstrates to patients the nature of the test they will be performing; positions and observes patient during the actual test.
Administers pulmonary function testing, adhering to NIOSH/OSHA guidelines.
Operates, monitors, and obtains data from pulmonary equipment.
Observes and records readings and conveys findings of tests and analyses to physician for interpretation.
Calibrates, operates, records, and obtains data from pulmonary function and respirator fit equipment.
Performs qualitative and quantitative respirator fit tests ensuring seal, compatibility and stability.
Maintains knowledge of current NIOSH and OSHA rules/regulations/standards regarding pulmonary function and respirator fit testing.
