Position Overview:
As an Administrative Associate you will provide administrative support to the unit/department(s) you are assigned to.
You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, family members and visitors coming into the unit.
The Administrative Assistant position requires the application of excellent customer service skills as well as excellent computer and clerical skills.

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One of the following is required:
One year of previous work experience in a medical office OR
One year or more of previous work experience in customer service OR
One year or more of previous work experience in a call center OR
One year or more of previous clerical experience OR
Associates or bachelor’s level degree.
