We have serviced Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Continuous Care Retirement Communities for over 20 years.

*The ideal candidate will have long term care experience, however extensive clinical experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Hospital may be adequate for a motivated individual.
* For those with clinical experience, but no long term care experience, we provide training regarding the regulatory and clinical model of long term care.

*Qualifications:*
Requires licensing in the State of Virginia.
Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred).
* Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using Electronic Medical Records systems.
* Must possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and facility staff

Pay: $95,000.
